What is your return policy?
We want you to be ecstatic about your purchases with sweetleilani.com. Returns and exchanges are available on on products within 10 days business days of receipt. Products must be unopened and unused. We can not give exchanges on used products. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipments must be pre-paid by the purchaser. Please call 778-896-4891 or info@sweetleilani.com for a return authorization # before returning any item.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns/exchanges. If you decide to return product within the 10 day policy , your refund would be the purchase price less “actual” shipping charges to your destination.
