What are my payment options?We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. All funds must be received and cleared before orders will be shipped. All of your personal and credit card information will be kept strictly confidential.

Are there taxes or duties on my order?You are taxed according to the local laws of your shipping location. Sweet LeiLani is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be charged to shipments outside of Canada or USA.
Where do you ship to?We currently ship to Canada, USA and Internationally however we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

What is your return policy?Your satisfaction is important to us! That’s why returns and exchanges and are available on merchandise purchased from our website within 10 business days of receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from other websites or stores. Merchandise must be unopened and unused. We can not give exchanges on used products. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipments must be pre-paid by the purchaser. Please contact us at info@sweetleilani.com for a return authorization # before returning any item. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges. This applies to items sold with “Free Shipping” If you decide you want to return it within the 10 days for a refund. Your refund would be purchase price less “actual” shipping charges to your destination. No returns or exchanges on products on sale and/or purchased with a coupon or promotion.
