Shipping Policy
Your order will include a tracking number if your shipping address is located in Canada and uses Canada Post or Purolator. If signature is required additional charges will apply, and you will need to e-mail Info@SweetLeilani.com to make arrangements. You will be notified by email with your tracking number after your order has been processed. If you haven’t received a confirmation or tracking number please check your junk/spam folder.
Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid problems with delivery. Packages that are sent back to us due to incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to fees if a re-delivery is requested.
For parcels delivered to the nearest post office for pick-up, please ensure you retrieve your package in a timely manner as per instructions on the delivery notice card.
Unclaimed parcels returned to us may be subject to fees if a re-delivery is requested Please make sure you have the right shades before you order. Not sure which skin tone you are? Email our makeup artist at Info@SweetLeilani.com with a makeup free photo of you and we will work our magic. You can also visit one of our retailers listed on our site to see products in person.
Sweet LeiLani is not responsible and will not issue refunds or exchanges for packages that are lost, damaged, stolen, unclaimed, returned by customers or is undeliverable during transit. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve on your behalf.
Sweet LeiLani is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with parcels shipped outside of Canada. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

RETURNS
To initiate a return, please contact customer service info@sweetleilani.com for further instruction.
Online Orders
We accept products in unused and unopened condition in original packaging for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns. This applies to items sold with “Free Shipping” Your refund would be purchase price less “actual” shipping charges to your destination.
Kindly note that the following items are FINAL SALE:
- ALL discounted or promotion deals.
- Brushes, Sponges, and Makeup Bags.
- No exchanges.
A return item must be received in warehouse before a refund will be issued. (Please consider a tracked package)

We are sorry, but we cannot accept merchandise purchased at a Sweet LeiLani retail partner.
We respect our partnerships with our trusted retailers and aim to create policies that are beneficial to the customer, the retailer and Sweet LeiLani.
Any items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the product was originally purchased and returned in accordance with their return policies.
